3D printed miniature of wooden benches for the temple – Small village setting

I already did the benches for the stone temple, but I don’t like the style for this new temple. Even removing the decoration and painting with brown wasn’t enough, so a remade them, using the first version as a reference.

The 3D model

I used the mirror modifier for almost everything, since the bench is specular. Aside some decoration, I almost use only cubes, a bit beveled.

To do the groove in the leg I used the boolean modifier, and then added some spheres as decoration.

The 3D print

I 3D printed the bench with layer 0.2mm high to speed up the process. The supports were needed to support the place where you sit. It leaves a big flow under it, but hardly visible when the bench is normally positioned.

The painting

I painted the bench with only brown acrylic paint, without shades (as I made for the 3D model). Here the finished miniature:
